Creator Monetization App

Directly supporting the C-suite team, I was tasked to lead the build, launch, and rebrand of the social media app to a user base of over 5 million.

In addition to helping shape the culture of a remote-first team, it was important to be present among the target audience. I curated immersive events and experiences in the LA creator community for activations that would drive widespread app downloads and engagement.

Having found product-market fit, the company needed to dial in on process development & implementation to streamline and scale product fulfillment to reach $1MM ARR.

 

As part of the next phase of their growth, I led strategic partnerships and API integrations with industry leaders. Including project managing product launches, go-to-market strategies, contract negotiations, and building out a full marketing plan across channels.

The business was ready to establish themselves as an industry expert. We built a cross channel strategy, launched thought leadership initiatives with strategic industry partnerships, & began publishing proprietary data reports.

 

These efforts were single-handedly responsible for naming the Creator Economy market size in 2021 at $104.2 billion which was picked up by Forbes, Business Insider, and more.
